I've wondered if the set % applies immediately, or to the next turn. I've tried to dynamically set this one after seeing a councilor's mission, which could be seen as OP / too much optimizing the fun out of the game

Suggestion: Have 'powered on before' modules respect if I powered them off
They always power themselves back on when I load my save. I'm trying to save money powering them off

Can't launch on GeForce Now, broken on "updating"?
I just get a steam message that it is trying to update - I'm guessing GeForce Now has that data read-only and hosts their own versions... so it just fails to update and doesn't launch.
