Is it possible to add plating to Sparks in the ini? I see where I can add armor ( [SparkSoldier X2SparkCharacterTemplate_DLC_3] in xcomgamedata_characterstats.ini at least i think) but that may be too powerful early on.

For Psi Operatives, I like the change to limiting perks. Were any perks removed or new ones added? And are they still randomize, I think it would be cool if not every PSI Operative can get Null Lance/Stasis/Domination and calling it a day or making what they can learn based on Psi Strength. Was the way Crit chance was calculated changed to match EU or is still the same as Vanilla?

Would we still need the Mission Time Remaining to display the time in hours?
