I had the same issue, I had the more cities mod installed and started getting missions created in the middle of the ocean. The only thing that worked was to uninstall it and start over because all saved games associated with that mod were ruined (did not have any havens to search missions on the ma...

OK so i was playing a long war 2 campaign and all missions started appearing in the ocean And i shrugged it off and started a new campaign after clearing the config folder and it still happened granted the new campaign Had a few more mods. Well with a few ini tweaks I have a spark with 6 armour (yeah I know hate on me all you want). The problem is that they don't seem to matter. advanced troopers and other units that do a max of 6 damage still seem to do at least one damage even with graze shots. Is rendering worth it? 3 days to render 1 corpse. If you get 2 alloys out of it, that's $4 from the black market if you sell the alloys (and $5 if you sell the corpse directly...). mobility is extreamly huge
and being able to move unhindered is amazing

also Shinobi's get hunter instinct which affects there SMG
which means they can be hugely mobile and Do even more damage than what an AR Does
it also decreases your infiltration time i do believe

Sharp shooter's have a holo targeter now
and seem to be there to offer supporting fire and holo targeting for the rest of the troops

I mean that's what it seems like to me right now i could be wrong

So what i'm getting is Enemy's typically have 20% chance to get grazed at least on higher percentage shots?

but that brings a question to my mind if yes are Grazes and dodge still negated by 100% chance shots?
