Nope, only mod loaded other then Long War 2 was/is Tkyl's Save Scum mod

The locker that needs to be hacked for the mission is outside the playable area and unreachable.
The save file is too large to upload (525kb compressed)

My ini files were regenerated prior to starting the game.
