The repro for this is fairly simple. Have a mission with less time remaining then it would take for the sky ranger to deliver the squad to it. Same issue here. Never used the playable aliens mod. Restarted 3 times, every mission I do has this problem (including the initial gatecrashers). Once Soldiers are used on a mission, they don't become available again. Always "On Mission" or "Infiltrating" Campaign #5: Same issue....
