Cutthroat perk +crit% not displayed (possibly doesn't work?)
LW 1.0 PC only gameplay mods are Reliable Smoke and Stabilize Me Whenever I use Fleche on a soldier with Cutthroat (targeting ADVENT bio enemy), I don't see the +15% crit displayed. Don't know if the effects happen anyway or if it works with normal melee (not fleche). If anyone who has used this per...
