There actually appears to be a bug involving the relay on Invasion missions. Any shot that hits the relay destroys it instantly, and if you look you can see a single tile hole in the roof where it was. It's not clear to me if the bug involves the shot destroying the floor (which destroys the relay) ...

In 1.4 Whirlwind was triggering with Reaper exactly as you described but this was explicitly changed in 1.5.
Far as I can tell, Whirlwind will proc after any hit Fleche (doesn't have to kill), as long as Reaper is not active. It will not proc any other time.

It's definitely not actually 0%. Perfect Information will just report it as 0% when it fails. In my current campaign, I have 4 or 5 PsiOps and I spam insanity all the time. The percentages reported by the "shot preview" feel correct based on my results. Insanity is great, you should use it.

I was also going to ask if he knew about the grenade damage fall-off. For max damage you need to exactly center the grenade over the dude you want to blow up. You're very likely to do more than 2 damage otherwise. Rockets work the same way Grenadiers and Technicals have a perk called Tandem Warheads...

It looks like the Incendiary Grenade nerf doesn't actually work like the changelog says it does. Instead of 75% burn chance for tier 1 and 85% for tier 2 we have 75% for both when thrown and 85% for both when launched. Not sure whether or not the change is intended, but I think it's better this way...

You can assign a soldier to train in the AWC directly from the "AWC perks" window in the soldier view. There's a button in the top right corner of the window that shows the perks. It says "train perk". No need to click on the AWC building in the avenger at all.
