The console command doesn't work because Pavonis didn't introduce a new class with the Psi Ops like they did with the rest. It's the same Psi Op. So MakeSoldierAClass PsiOperative is what you need to use.

Will "LEADERSHIP_AIM_PER_MISSION=0" accept non-integer values?

I'm looking to modify the LW_OfficerPack ini so that soldiers who go on missions under a leader receive offensive and defensive buffs in addition to will and dodge. I think the corpse requirement should stay. It only makes sense given how building all your gear works in LW2. From what digging I did into the armour stats in the ini files, I couldn't find anything that suggested you could add in ablative HP. As I said, already tried changing the characterstats.ini to no avail. Can't seem to access these slots from anywhere if they are indeed updating from these lines.
