I had a similar problem on 1.0, Windows 10 with no other mods activated. Except in my case I started a mission and one of my soldiers had spawned inside a lamppost. Couldn't move them at all so I just reloaded the autosave from the Geoscape and the mission regenerated with no problems. No save unfor...

EDIT: Now including all bug report information I'm having a similar issue but with SPARKs. For some reason the SPARK in this mission can't get off this building at all. Every other soldier and the VIP were fine to jump down the drainpipes but the SPARK can't go anywhere, although I did manage to get...
