So I've heard that XP is based on the number of enemies at the beginning of the mission and reinforcement pods don't give XP. I'm just wondering about missions like Haven Defense where you don't have any enemies at the start but have endless reinforcements. What's the XP for those?

One thing you should note is that once you take snapshot, the Sharp is no longer a Sniper you park at a nest. He plays a lot more like a mobile ranger/shinobi mix.

I find that even having a pod standing right next to a VIP doesn't mean I have to fight. I just use a support grenadier to carpet bomb the place with Sting/Frost grenades and grab the VIP. Maybe a "King of the Hill" mission type like those old Exalt missions where you have to take control ...

I have a Shinobi with both Center Mass and Lethal. Her SMG deals about as much damage an a rifle. I'm making her a shooter Shinobi with Serial for 1-men VIP assassinations.

The Sharpshooter can only carry sniper rifle type weapons as his primary, not an rifle. There's two good builds that are someone related, the Spotter and Sniper. Here's what I plan. Shrug, field medic is an AWC perk that goes well with battlefield medicine. I agree it's not an exciting PG project that makes sense to rush, but at the end of the day it's more hp healed which helps when your characters are wearing powered armor and reduces that red fog. On Snapshooters. Because of the way Snapshot works, you don't actually use them like a sniper. They work more like long distance Rangers. On PsiOps. Even maxed rank, they aren't all that great. Lots of the stuff they could do is duplicated by other classes. Dominate? Hackers can do that to MECs too....
