I'm having difficulty understanding these in LW2. I can see that as infiltration rating goes up, Alert level is deducted to a max -3, and max +11 at 0% infiltration. What does alert level do in LW2? How does it affect missions? Also, does LW2 utilize spawn weight of aliens defined in characterstats....
