It's a bug with the Grapple of the Spider Suit and Wraith Suit. Sometimes when you grapple onto an object, it fails to update the fog of war correctly and all your movements from then on fail to update fog of war. I've just noticed that I can't equip the 4th mod on my wep due to 'continental bonus missing'. And I had the bonus before the update, I had almost all bonuses... and now I think they're all gone.

So every plasma weapon triggers rupture now?

I've noticed that all plasma/elerium weapons as well as acid grenades now trigger 'rupture' status....and this is since the last LW update released this month right?
Isn't it a bit too OP now? Also, does this make the gunner's skill 'rupture' useless?

Those are just the stat increases you get at rank up, so you can ignore them. Changing that config file works for me. Make sure you exit XCOM2 and then start it up again. It looks like config files are only read when loading the game, not when loading a save file. ok now it's working, dunno why it ...

well the file looks pretty messy to me, not easy to edit since I don't understand which are the starting and the ending points of each string concerning each skill

Hi guys
I haven't been playing xcom for 2 months so I'm not updated about the situation. Was the problem fixed? If yes, will it work with an already advanced game-state campaign/save ?
I remember forcing via console the Serpens King quest but the other 2 bosses were still missing.
