What is the ETA on this patch. Honestly this AWC perks driving me nuts. I cannot get proper AWC on certain classes.

I do not sincerely agree with this, a gunner with proper traits can do everything and more of what ranger can do from high distance. I'm thinking to use my ranger as a commanding officer.. Other than that, having more than 1 shinobi and assault into melee with high density maps with bout 60 70 enemy...

You can have perk + Armor mod for additional med kits.
My Specialist has about 6 usage of Med Kit. I don't even use it, but hey, won't take out an eye to have in reserve.
