I'm hoping 'somebody' knows... I mean, there 'has' to be a way, cheat engine sure didn't work, course I couldn't find any explanation for how to make 'that' work either XD

I know there's 'a way' to modify soldier's skills, or to modify 'mods' and how they 'affect' those skills... But is there any way I can modify individual soldier's skills and such in Long war?
