Field Medic is the +2 medkit charges perk (more valuable if you have Medical Protocol to turn them into ranged heals, but mediocre otherwise), which competes with Ever Vigilant and Airdrop. You're thinking of Field Surgeon.

DEs are called COINResearch and COINOps in XComLWActivities.ini I know this to be true because I can use the LWSpawnActivity console command, and when I enter either COINOps or COINResearch, a new item gets added to my list of pending DEs. I'm pretty sure the +75% for the Intel Boost is multiplied, not added - that is, if you have 10% infiltration progress and use the boost, you'll get 10% x 1.75 = 17.5%, not 10% + 75% = 85%.
