You have to learn (took me a while) that with this mod comes some universal truths: a) You aren't supposed to do every mission, so dont even try - which means: b) You need to be choosy about which missions you DO try but: c) There is a decent chance that ANY mission on a difficulty above ROOKIE will...

I can not wait for this change - I find it so tedious to switch them out that I have basically abandoned upgrading them at this point. :oops:

Does anyone know how to modify the .ini files to activate this capability ahead of time? My poorly armored haven leaders will thank you profusely.....

I've always thought that Medic heals should mitigate at least SOME of the injury time post mission. Without that payoff the decision to bring a medic is simply binary "Will or won't someone likely suffer mortal damage in this fight?" - I also tend to make my medics officers since missions ...

Once you liberate a region, you will no longer have issues with supplies. With a Radio tower, some 2nd or 3rd level rebels, you may get up to 500 supplies per region/month if you are greedy .
