I'd assume it's on a sliding scale, so 0% infiltration can be a tactical nightmare but, say, 75% infiltration won't be all *that* bad. that sliding scale would be a buff. Why are you even bringing Vigilance or Strength into it? The archive entry just says "Doing missions diverts attention from the Avatar project". The more missions you do, the slower it gets. You don't even need to know what Vigilance is for this entry to tell you what it needs to tell you...

Good Lord, please quit all the exaggerating and whining already. Support Grenadier just went from "King of the Battlefield" to "Asset to the Team". He's far from useless even with that FB nerf. FBs are OP as hell currently. Just wait and see the actual impact on the tactical gam...
