New "Armed to the Teeth" interface in 1.2
Up until the 1.2 update, when I went to manage my soldiers' weapon upgrades, and had the "Armed to the Teeth" bonus, I saw 4 upgrade slots. Now, after 1.2, there are 3 visible slots, with a scroll bar that lets you scroll down to see the 4th slot. I find this to be really annoying. Is ther...
