We're looking at three things on this: 1) Reducing max allowed squad size to 8 2) Requiring a minimum infiltration % to start the mission in concealment 3) Requiring a minimum infiltration % or else the enemies start in yellow alert (able to shoot on activation) Definitely not interested in #1.
