Also trying to figure this out. Did anyone try adjusting the XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini numbers in the LW2 mod? I changed the UtilityItems slots from 3 to 5, but don't see an effect. Also changed backpack size in DefaultGameData_CharacterStats.ini (in original XCOM configs), etc. I don't know h...
