Hello! For Rockets, use steady weapon. And they can equip SMGs also, makes them mobile and the damage output for those small arms are not that bad. Hello! In my last mission I can not recall such thing would have happened. If Yes, then maybe a Muton Elite who was running away and was reluctant to face us. But I am not sure of this. Even if it did, the reload time was slowed much later... Strangely only the "RELOAD" takes such long tim...

Not just that, they could open their mouth also, no high tech needed.
Just think of it.
If You were abosultely suprised hit with a flash-bang you would recover within 2 turns.
So, I guess, not much protection would be neccessary to counter it.

Hello, I recommend to start in EU/ASIA. With 4 uplinks You can cover the 2 continents for a nice 970(or so) income (EU +20% ).
