When you change something might as well change a lot so you don't have to keep doing it again so many times (not really a fan of huge changes but what else can you do?). You are using 6 soldiers as base right? So it's a lot easier for you. That's probably why you can make statements like "he barely fights". You woulnd't be making silly statements like that if you played L/I with the regular soldier count of 4. When did I ever say I did one uncompleted run?...

Why do you need a concealment guy to "hit the objective"? Do you run out of time a lot or something? You can use the specialist to remote hack the objective. Much more handy.

When would you ever need 20% better concealment? You can do the snipe tactics just fine with the regular concealment.
Also doing factory with just one dude. Why? You're missing a ton of xp on that mission.

Xcom 2 has a much lower aim falloff for shotguns than XEW so they are usually just as accurate from range as rifles. 100% of my troops use shotties, I rarely (if ever) touch any other weapons since you can equip them on everyone. I really hope it's a strategy layer mod.
Best thing to hope for would be an overall balance change mod, like a small version of EW Long War. Enemy and mission balance changes, no new items. But unfortunately I think those are out of scope for the LW team right now.

I thought strength was for Melee defense. Like for example Mutons have lower stats to hit against with melee attacks and they have lots of strength.

SHINOBI Fleche is too strong in the early game and the bonus damage should be limited by either sword tier or soldier rank. I don't agree. For Legend difficulty the damage is fine. Importing old XCom EU enemies?
Really would like to recreate the old XCom EU/EW in the Xcom 2 engine. Is it possible to ask Firaxis if they could give us (or the LW team) the old Xcom EW enemies source files? Animations, models etc.
