After a legend run, I can confirm both experience issues and effectiveness issues are painfully real. Holo-sharps are a really bad thing to bring to 6 or less man missions as they provide not enough firepower/killing support, and on bigger missions they level up slower and do less killing than DFAS....

I've seen 5-6 of those green target arrow missions in one region, and I saw a different poster mention the cap was raised in 1.4.

Additionally, I've also seen 2 rescue engineer missions in one region 5 days apart from each other, contrary to "diminishing returns" that you would see in 1.2.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Extremely lights with 4 people is too risky for me, and on very lights all the mobs seem to pull each other especially on the small 8 turn maps. Once you build the shadow chamber, you get all the information about which enemies will appear on nearly every mission. The TL:DR read of Tuhalu's post is you look for missions that say "Find a Lead" but only have intel as a reward. When you see these kinds of missions, they can only be one of two things: Lib 1, or a UFO precursor. That's what he means specifically when he says "looks like lib 1."...

Good feedback Rebus. I will say that it's fairly predictable that 1.4 would either be too easy, or too hard, with so many balance changes that only underwent a few runs by a handful of testers. I'm sure they gave it a lot of tries and effort, and there's no personal attacks here so get over yourself...

There are already mods that do "Overwatch All", and "Evac All", This is a bit tangential, but I want to remind everyone using "overwatch all" that if you equip a pistol, pressing overwatch all will make pistol users go into pistol overwatch instead of their main weapon...

Good point sacho, that reminds me I wish you could press the spacebar to do passive scanning on the world map. You can press the spacebar to resume scanning on PoIs/making radio relays, but you can't resume passive scanning just on a region with the spacebar.
