if you are using 30 ability icons you need to enable use base game ability container in your lw2 options.

I do exploit the crap out of this, I have a handful of overwatch gunners with lock down and CUP and mayhem and I use the shinobi stealth flank to force the aliens to move, and get mow down by the massively stacked suppression damage.

If you have independent targeting and use holo target on someone who is already holo targeted, you will notice that the turn remaining didn't get bump back up to 2 and it stays at 1. If i am stealthing a mission and bringing 4 is optimal, i will bring 4, and have them hide somewhere while waiting for evac flare, heck i already bring extras to stealth missions so they get experience to level up before participating in real missions, and evac them early if i notice the map is too ...

1 way to discourage stealth but encourage small squads is to DECREASE POD SIZE instead of the current decreasing pod numbers as you infiltrate. Sort of what I was going for in one of my points but you said it better. I would add that unless you have a bigger map to spread out the pods then it doesn...

1 way to discourage stealth but encourage small squads is to DECREASE POD SIZE instead of the current decreasing pod numbers as you infiltrate. I have seen plenty of 8 man large pods on 150% infiltrated missions when I am training my new squads, forcing me to bring proxy mines to every training miss...

oscar mike into command did not trivalize gameplay, it's straight up necessary if you want to have a chance to complete stealth vip extractions, due to there will always be a pod patrolling around the evac zone.

Unless you consider any form of stealth missions are trivalizing gameplay.

combined arms give additional +1 base damage. it's the vanilla bug similar to skulljack feedback bug, should be fixed on the next version (or 1.4 depend on if they are still deploying xcomgame.upk)

are you able to reload your gun after shooting the free ammo? If yes, that might be the double equip bug from vanilla. Like the PCS stacking bug, it happens sometimes when you equip them through squad select.

that's the crit clamping introduced in 1.2 Your crit now caps at 100% before dodge, so instead of 105% - 15% (or 120% in the second screenshot) it's 100%-15%=85% Yeah, I thought as much. They are damage grenades, and are basically an inferior flashbang. Why do you think that they're an inferior flashbang? They provide a roughly equivalent aim and mobility bonus, do slight damage over time, last at least 2 turns, and can be used for zoning. I'm not saying they're crazy good- flashba...

I think xwynns subtly mentioned in one of his videos that they are increasing mission duration timers across the board, allowing for better infiltration timers and more varied size groups. That's not exactly the same thing as making them easier to detect, but still has a healthier outcome in genera...

I do notice that still happens from time to time, that's why when stealthing I tend to make my shinobi stand far away from my specialist, so the center of squad is far away and they will move away from my specialist.
