I would assume a mod conflict. Pull all the mods, regenerate your inis, start a campaign, and see if it persists. If it does, verify files back to vanilla, reinstall Long War, and see if it persists. If it does we'll take a closer look. If it doesn't, add the mods back one by one until you reproduce...

This is fixed in upcoming 1.1.
You can use the keyboard to get out of that particular hang -- I believe hitting "enter" will fix things; the UI is invisible but still active.

You'll often have more options than you can address. Just remember some missions require a quick response and it's good to have a squad on-call for those, or else be ready to pull one off an existing infiltration.

That's probably too long of a mod list for us to troubleshoot against. Given we haven't seen those issues in testing, I'd recommend going over the list (see the resources thread) and removing any that aren't confirmed to work with LW2. If the problem persists, remove them all and see if it still occ...

LOW_COVER_BONUS=30
HIGH_COVER_BONUS=45
I believe vanilla is 20 and 40 respectively, so you can change them to that.

Readiness is reporting your infiltration score's impact on the current activity. Current activity is the one you need to worry about more directly.

I see, so this glitch isn't exclusive to LW2. Also another glitch I got: the icons for flashbang and frag grenade are all black. I thought it was my cost based ability color mod but even after taking it out it remained like this, and it even added a small Y to all icons like if I was using a contro...

Baseline Activity is what the activity will be at 100% infiltration.
Current Activity is what you're up against if you launch now.
"Vulnerable" measures the effect of your infiltration on current activity level.

Thank you for the report. If I'm reading that screencap correctly, you may be using rebels instead of XCOM soldiers to try to pick up loot. IN 1.0 Rebels don't pick up loot (because it was bugged when we turned it on). This issue is resolved in 1.1 and rebels will be able to pick up loot.
