Do all missions count for the bonus, or will it only add up successful missions? Would you be able to cheese it by sending them on hopeless missions just to evac right away and bump up the bonus?

#2 has been vanilla XCOM behaviour since launch. For any continent the sum of regions and towers has to match the sum of pips and dots for the continent. Asia shows 4 pips and 2 dots (sum = 6), so if you contact 3 regions there and build a tower in each of them you unlock the bonus.

First of all, I completely agree that the default time is way too much at the moment. There is an ini setting to return to a fixed retraining time, which is probably the 10 days you currently have in vanilla X2. I'd approach this from the other side: what if you could no longer sell corpses at all? This means the rewards for a supply raid would remain almost static - yes, you could render those corpses, but you won't be rendering corpses for 100 days straight, so there's no advantage going from 20ish to 50+...

Yeah, Deadeye is the one the reduces your aim by 25% for a damage boost, and that is not a flat -25 but rather an actual percentage reduction, so you would need a pre-Deadeye aim of 133 to end up with a 100% chance to hit post Deadeye.

XCOM2 is at its best when you as the player are making interesting and meaningful decisions. You can only do that if you have enough information to make that decision. Is there an .ini setting that allows you to see all the AWC perks that are available to a soldier similar how you can unlock the basic perk tree with the checkbox in the game options menu?

In Vanilla XCOM2 slash is a single action that doesn't end your turn, so if you start your turn next to an enemy you can slash them twice.

That's not LW2 specific. When a unit thaws it removes all negative effect, not just the frozen state. I've had a shut down MEC reactivate after the freeze wore off (ABA2 campaign, so no LW2 involved).

My biggest issue at this point, if I understand the system correctly, is the random nature of the missions that cause the Dark Events. If these can spawn and complete in a region that you haven't contacted yet, effectively giving you no opportunity to counter them, then this creates a balancing issu...
