Adding a Soldier as a Haven Advisor will find new Rebels at the same rate as if you had 1 Rebel on Recruit duty (plus a bonus to any Rebels on Recruit duty, but that's not relevant here).

I just tested Slash in 1.1 and was able to slash an Alien Relay twice in one turn. Is it possible wei270 has some conflicting mods or some other problem that breaks this?

Unless they changed it from vanilla, you can simply leave the supplies piling up until you want them. They didn't go away like other POIs.

There is a mod that displays what Black Market goods are useful. I think it's even called "Black Market Use". It is pulls info from the .inis, so it works with whatever mods you have. Sorry to jump in - is that mod compatible with LW2? I have it disabled as I wasn't sure if it was ready. ...

As far as I can tell, there are no reinforcements after you hack the tower. I had killed one pod of reinforcements on the way in and ignored a second pod (as it was well behind me) on the way to the hack. After the hack, I took up positions in the building and overwatch camped until they ran into me...

With 1.1, your Haven has a pretty reasonable default setting. 4 Intel, 1 Supply, 1 Recruit. Together with the 4 Intel you get from Avenger Scanning, it seems fairly easy to find missions. The 1 Supply keeps your money from going negative and you might just find a Recruit to keep your numbers ticking...
