What's weird is that you get +20 crit from the advanced laser sight. So the games knows you are point blank and applies the full laser sight proximity bonus, but it doesn't recognize you as being point blank for the to hit bonus.

Can't remember the exact details, but I think you can move the mod folder to folder for non-steam mods, as if you downloaded it from the nexus. Then unsubscribe from the mod in Steam and just use the version that is now considered non-steam.

That only works if you score your kill with the first shot from Double Tap (in which case you didn't need Double Tap anyway). If the 2nd shot from Double Tap is the killing blow then DfA doesn't trigger so you can't steady up.

I think Marbs mostly tried to play "proper" missions, so he had to skip a lot of the missions coming up. I'd say in the current state of 1.2 you have to either abuse Stealth missions or 0% Supply Raid/Troop Column missions to be successful, and he did neither of these.

This looks like it's a mission from the "Additional Mission Types" mod and is called "Rescue VIP from rioting city". So just check the objective beforehand and you can avoid them if you see this as the objective.

Little known fact here: the Asia bonus can be unlocked by contacting only 3 of the 4 regions and building a tower in each. The game only seems to check if bars+dots = regions+towers.
