I'm also interested in this, and as far as I can see the answer is no... since all the weapon mods also overwrite the stats of the weapon, not just giving a weapon model change...
Would be real nice if someone made a LW2 weapon model mod of some sort...

You can also use the time to look around for other mods you might enjoy using together with long war, and testing that it all works properly together (I'm using like 130 mods currently, and it took a while to figure out what makes the game most enjoyable for me)

I use Extract Corpses with LW2 and it works fine. I find it promotes "push your luck" type playing where you can either focus fully on the objective, or you can send your shinobi back a bit to pick up that corpse you need and hope that little detour doesn't cost you the mission (or a soldi...

There's also "Overwatch Ignores Concealment" which reverts overwatch to the original way it was in XCom2, so that you can have your entire squad fire from overwatch during concealment, then get your turn after the scamper. It does make the game a lot easier though, so might need to turn up...

I think I go in a bit different direction with my XCom2 playthroughs, where I try to make some unique cool superhero style characters and watch similarly themed shows, Agents of Shield I feel fit pretty well for it and the various Marvel movies too.

It also happens when loot drops and for some reason your soldier in the area can't pick it up (stunned for instance), then next turn you can move you get that icon to give you ability pick the item up without using an action for it.

Oh, I didn't know that, makes it a bit more interesting to have small amounts trickling in I suppose, but then again still probably better to focus on other things if you don't plan to fetch that small amount before next month

How much supplies produced in a month is worth the time needed to fetch it though? if I get like 20 supplies after Faceless has taken their cut, I wonder if it's worth it spending a day scanning to get those supplies. That also is why I don't do supplies at all until I get rid of atleast one Faceles...

isn't the diagonal movement just calculated using your movement as a circle though? there might be certain artifacts to the circle shape obviously, but that should be pretty minor, so I would assume the diagonal movement is at least comparable to the straight movement.

Just an update on my situation, it was somehow mod related I believe, since when I uninstalled all mods, deleted everything and just installed LW2 the problem disappeared from me. I suspect there might been some remnants of old mods causing issues, but I'm gradually adding mods again now to test fur...

Carrying off enemy corpses
The Guerilla War mod had the ability to pick up advent corpses to bring back to base, is there any mod that adds just this feature? would be a pretty cool way to supplement the corpses you get in LW2 by bringing a corpse or two from missions where you have to evacuate.
