Doing only Troop Columns (no 0% supply raids) I also had a problem with Stun Lancers, only getting 1 corpse through September.

I had to wait for Heavy Lancers arrive.

Max scatter is never 3 and doesn't change based on range or aim. There are only two modifiers to max scatter. FITH is -2, moving is +2. So you can only have 2, 4 or 6 tiles of max scatter. So, using joinrbs calculator I see that the HTML text can't be MAX. In fact, the code refers to the overlay as "AverageScatterText", which matches fowlJ's comments. IMO, the +/- in the overlay should be removed and it should be labeled as " AVG: 2.36 Tiles ", per the example abov...

Rocket scatter is up to 4 tiles, 2 with FITH. The deviation is just telling you in a simple way that your roughly 70% likely to hit within that distance. I respectfully disagree. Kubikiri must have a really strong lobby at HQ. It's gone from a never pick to a must pick. Like a Phoenix! I'm impressed. :)

Long Watch seems like suicide in LW2. I always took it in vanilla but would never consider it now.
