I think SHIVs would be awesome, but its probably too expensive (from a development standpoint). They'd have to make the models from scratch, animate them, make all new items for them, give them advancement trees (or add new Proving Grounds Projects for them), etc. But it'd be awesome if they were ad...

Holy crap calm down, this is a mod not the constitution, I've seen less backlash to people besmirching and crapping all over Geneva conventions etc than what some of you guys are acting like. I'm sure the majority of users would agree with you. But like many forums, the ride-or-die fan boys posting here aren't big on common sense. If you search the forums, you will find a post that shows you how to adjust the dark events so the duration is no longer 999. Or maybe this mod isn't for you....

Well that is kinda what concealment is. It isn't that your soldiers are using magic to hide themselves, it is that the Advent are on low alert and not actually looking for you all that hard, because they don't expect to see you there. Honestly that would make the GTS somewhat pointless. The primary benefit of the GTS early game is it lets you choose your rookies' class. Commander's Choice was excellent in LW1 because EU/EW had nothing to allow this, whereas X2 has the GTS. I feel like Commander's Choice would just end up making y...

You can build a Sharpshooter to be a scout/spotter unit. They can get Phantom and Holotargeting doesn't break concealment.
