Dark event settings are mostly in code not in config files.

Looks like the Haven Infiltration lasts 45-60 days.

I've had this happen once as well. I believe there was a drone outside the cell and two troopers inside it.

Your not gaining any advantage at all. Your really just wasting your time. Popping the mission the way you are will not increase how soon that same mission will come back. When a mission is spawned a regional cooldown for that mission is created. These cooldowns are longer than the missions maximum ...

Ha, now that actually should be a bug, no reason my gunner can't stab a snek just because he's got a few 3rd degree burns.

The burning status does not prevent units that can melee from doing so.

The file for changing rebel output of all types is in XComLW_Outposts.ini around lines 90-100, at the bottom.

The "intel" that you found in Activites is only for the haven soldier advisor to detect faceless in havens and trigger the rendezvous mission.

For anyone wondering exactly where this is, its in XComLW_AWCPack.ini at the top as ALWAYSSHOW. Set that to true and restart the game.

I don't know for sure, but my guess would be that switching people out should be fine. Lots of mechanics in the strategy layer (and this whole true for lots of games in general) have update 'ticks' where things change. I think this would really only make concealment more broken not less.
