Thanks for the save! Yes, I am pretty sure I remember this bug from vanilla too. I can repro it with your save, but i haven't tracked down the cause yet. I'll keep looking into it though.

This isn't something that's exposed by the .ini, unfortunately, it's encoded in the the sources. I've tried to repro this, but can't. There is a bug in 1.4 and earlier where you will have charges and cooldowns refunded if you use ESC to cancel out of the hack animation after a success but before the animation completes. Thanks for the info. That doesn't sound too hard to reproduce but I might not have time to get to it for a bit. If you can construct a save before I do and can post it it'd be very much appreciated (less time setting up scenarios to repro bugs = more time fixing bugs!)

Thanks, got the save this time. The black screen with looping sound on mission start is often because the mission was created referencing a map parcel that is no longer installed. I've seen this several times when someone has had a map pack installed and then disabled it in the middle of a campaign....

A screenshot like you provided but with \OutputParcelInfo active, and a save as well would be ideal, but just the OutputParcelInfo would be a big help. It draws the name of every parcel and pcp on the map over top of it.

I can't really tell from that screenshot, it could be any of the wilderness PCPs. Do you have an uncropped version of the shot, that might help to better narrow it down.

It could well be, but only in some unusual circumstances that would give them action points. Usually on your turn the aliens all have 0 action points, which is why stuns work in vanilla. Do you happen to still have the save for this mission? It's the parcel/PCP that defines the rocks/cover/etc not the plot, but I don't know which one that is from the screenshot.

Rescue vip from rioting city is not a lw2 mission type, so if it's not correctly recording which rebels lived or died you may need to bring it up with the mod author for that mission.
