Something that saved me on this mission was the officer command that delays reinforcements. I could only do it once, but that was enough in my case.

One counterpoint is that skulljacks give a hacking bonus and many objectives give cool hacking rewards. Like permanent hack bonuses more loot and intel. The skulljack can pay for itself with those rewards if you use it often.

Potential lead is still confusing. I think a bit of precision might help. "Unlock raid mission" or something that explicitly states that what you get is a second mission not a loot item.
