One more thing, what actually bothers me. Why SS have both Phantom and Conceal if we not supposed to use them as scouts? Only use of Conceal outside of scouting job is assassination missions with bad infiltration timers. And Phantom? What use is possible for Phantom on non-scout unit? the current 1...

75 AIM from the start for Technical, seriously? You can have low aim Grenadier from the very start of the game, having perfect accuracy and 3 charges. Maybe some day I will have more good AIM soldiers than I need for Rangers, Sharpshooters, Gunners and Shinobies and spare Superior Perception PCS, so...

It's really hard for me to level up low aim Sharpshooter to the point there it maybe will be worth taking on mission. At MGST level it maybe will pull it's weight in squad roster, but early on? Rocket scatter completely weird, up to the point where its use is absolutely unreliable. I even tried to take first skill instead of Roust or Suression, but it make no difference. This is completely block rocketeer build for me. And I can't see a reason for such scatter on not-so-great single use ab...

Holotargeting without scouting or shooting potential do not enough for me to justify sharpshooter in small ops squad. Actually, I don't need even SMG, just empty slot will be better than this useless sniper rifle on holobot SS. Maybe pistol as primary weapon? It will be nice gunslinger themed build....

Since squadsight functions independent of the equipped weapon, doesn't this let you fire an assault rifle at pretty silly range due to the falloff tables for non-sniper weapons not being calibrated for squadsight availability? Some abilities are already tied to weapon type, like Slugshot for Assaul...

Probably I will have dedicated medic Specialist for combat heavy missions and I will take Field Surgeon. For all around guerilla ops Specialist I will take Failsafe any day, it feel so good when you can hack towers or try to override enemy mech units without any consequences, except lost action.

I like this idea very much.

I think main complaint with SMG for Sharpshooters come from role interference with stealth Shinobies, but this don't look like a serious issue for me. Stealth shinobies much better in pure stealth, thank to Covert and Ghostwalker.

Research of basic upgrades unlock project for advanced ones, research of advanced upgrades unlock project for elite pieces. If I recall correctly elite ones cost 30 supplies each, but I may be wrong here. This is big sink of supplies, but if you have more than enough - why not use it?

I never have enough advanced expanded magazines and scopes for all my guys. Then I liberated my 3rd region I was literally flowing in supplies. Why not use them to give advanced or even elite upgrades to all soldiers?
