I initially thought that the Oceanic free rookies would be a great perk, but by the time I got there I had paid for maybe 3-4 rookies. They are so cheap to hire in terms of supplies, it's pointless. Also, a lot of Jailbreak missions spawn with 2 rookies anyway! Granted I'm far enough into my campaig...

I know it's possible to use a PCS to change the minimum hit chance for a reaction fire shot, but would it be possible to make this a setting? I hate the idea of using a PCS as a bandaid. Ahh, I did not know about force level. Thank you! I thought perhaps it would be possible to keep the enemies weaker if I played well and defeated them a lot, but it would seem not. This info will help my current campaign :)

I can confirm that the additional flashbang reduces movement by 1. Just checked my assault trooper with flashbang, and she has 2 frags and alloy plating, and a -3 to movement in the barracks. In combat with the extra flash, it becomes -4. While normally an extra -1 movement for a grenade seems fair ...

Interesting. She had -4 mobility malus, and I'm not aware of assault troops getting extra equipment slots. Thus, I assumed it had to be the bonus free grenade. I will look into it more closely.
