Typically you want to keep 20+ in Commander, you want a baseline of predator armor on anything other than your top 12. Its simply too expensive to outfit large amounts of troops say 40+. Rangers are not close range troops, give your highest aim to rangers and just wreck everything.

At 200% you should have an evac timer of 1, assuming anything can even see you hack the objective. Evac timer is 3 turns at 200% infiltration on commander+ Yeah which is still do-able in vault missions etc. As long as you have clear motion in one direction you can run so far even without concealmen...

True Concealment is basically cheating, in my opinion. You might as well disable timers entirely. Well, rangers... Where to start with rangers! OH MY GOD RANGERS! Are freaking fantastic. They are your absolute front line workhorse class. I take at least two on most missions because they do so much damage, with rapid fire you can kill sectopods in 1-2 turns with just two rangers if one gets shred...

My Shinobi is still in cover and isn't risking activating another pod. Melee Shinobi's are probably the weakest class except for the first month or two. All my Shinobis go stealth with gun training. Pfft tell that to my axe wielding Reaper Shinobi Field Marshal. She has literally killed 30 enemies ...

I just hate how low range Grenadiers have compared to technicals so I don't bring Grenadiers to be honest. They tend to have absurdly low mobility due to how many utility slots I pack them with.
