And yeah, autoloaders are pretty useless without the mod. Very often I will finish a pod with 1 or 2 rounds left and then I'll have to either waste an autoloader use or go into the next fight unable to use some of my abilities that needs multiple rounds. But you know you have to prioritize them since it's the first major objective given to you at the start of the game. So unless you decided not to pay any attention to the major objectives, you don't want to skip them every time (skipping a few really short ones is OK and won't cost you your game). ...

I'd argue that doing no harm is, according to the state of the community prior to LW2, not letting then learn everything, also requiring missions to level. The hilarious part about so many complaints on LW2 is that they did what the general community wanted prior to it (like stealth missions). Yeah...

I really don't think we need to nerf these mechanics so much as focus on making 5-6 man missions actually rewarding/favorable to do. Stealth missions aren't guaranteed successes depending on map layout and a bit of luck, plus there are events that make stealth missions super hard to do (vigilance, ...

Pfft...I have never met a pod on a Supply Raid or Troop Column after breaking concealment that wasn't already on yellow alert, since these missions tend to generate lots of dead alien bodies and explosions.
