So I came across a problem with my Guerrilla Tactics School when the LW mods are on. I can't purchase the basic class upgrades even though all of my soldiers are above the required rank. Anyone else having this issue?

Right, I looked into this, and the 4 GTS upgrades only would apply to the original 4 base-game classes, not the 7 replacement classes added in PerkPack.

Our general design has been moving away from bonus unlocked abilities in the GTS. We instead added an additional rank (up to 8) for the 7 new classes, so they don't miss out relative to the base classes (who get 7 ranks + ability from GTS).

Thank you for the clarification. I guess it frustrates me a little to see the upgrade option but can't purchase it. Just a psychological thing~ Great mods though. Thank you guys for doing this.

We left those in for people who add perkpack to an existing campaign and have vanilla soldiers already created they want to upgrade. The text in the gts should note that.
