Psi-Operative Skills

Xcom 2 modders
i did some mods for enemy within by changing ini files and the exe and now i try it with xcom2
i would use a different method if i know how
The most things are done but know i have some problems with the Psi-Operative.
The most important thing is the old mind control or domination
I´d like to increase the clipsize of domination back to infinitive or give it mindcontrol from the Avatar.
Unfortunately i cant find a solution, so i hope some1 of you experts can help me
