LW2 key bindings revert back to original settings.

I set my camera to rotate with "mouse thumb button" and rotate the opposite direction with "mouse thumb button 2" and the game resets the keys back to "Q" and "E" every time I restart. The same reset also happens when I set "quicksave" to F9 and "quickload" to F10. The game resets the keys to F5 and F9.

I just found the "bug report" section for LW2. I will use it in the future.

This problem "is not a bug" it was a mod conflict with "Grimy's hot keys" mod. After I posted this thread I found the correct place and instructions for the proper protocol for reporting bugs here on the forum which I will use (if needed) in the future.
