[Request] Proving Ground = Laboratory

I think that the time that the proje ts take in the proving ground are a bit too much... And I know i could alter the "points needed" in the INI file...
But i jist thought that would be nice to make more slots for engineers in the proving ground like ypu guys did with the 4 scientists in the laboratory...
