Suggestion - bring back psi labs from LW

Xcom2 psi operative is a class unto itself and is cool, but I really miss having the ability to further augment my existing chars with psi abilities.

While the awc does do this to some extent it's not the same, as the character being trained is garunteed to get the talents and they aren't mutually exclusive with the officer class.

I'd love to see a return of the psi lab that would allow you the 'chance' to get some (2-3) cool low level LW1 psi abilities (some reduced to be more in line with the lower tiers) to existing troops (minus the high level psi abilities such as telekinetic field, mind control and rift).

Thoughts?
