LW2 release date

In my mind, it's a simple task.
A) February the 5th is the first anniversary of XCOM2 release.
B) First news about LW2 appear on the XCOM official site in January 5th - it looks like they took exactly a month to warm the community.
And I suppose that the LW2 is done but JL&Co is just waiting for this date.
