How do enemy turns work?
I was playing a rescue mission and while I was getting ready for evac, during the enemy's turn a pod discovered me. Is it normal for them to shoot me upon discovery instead of scattering and giving me a turn to set up?

Cooy/paste incoming:
The reflex system (taking shots at you) is a fun new feature which combines with the pod job system. Essentially, enemy pods exist in one of three states - green (inactive and unaware), yellow (inactive but aware), and red (active). Pods have a chance to take an additional action if they stumble in to you on their turn. If they're in yellow (and uninjured after their scatter), that action can include a standard shot. Pods will enter alert if they hear something (gun fire, explosions, civilian's yelling, etc), or if they see a corpse, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting.

That's perfect. Thanks guy. Oddly I didn't get any notification about a reply on this thread, but I'm glad I re-checked.
