Will a guy with the hiding task offset only his own effect on retaliation chances, or more than that?

For a concrete example, will a haven with 5 intel guys and 1 hiding guy be stealthier than a haven with just 5 intel guys, or will they be equal in retaliation chance?

It's the first one - he just offsets his own chance. I wouldn't use Hiding much in the early game - more like when Advent Strength gets up near 9 or 10 and you're getting hammered by retals.

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't sure if it's meant to be just a "go jobless to avoid penalty" option or more than that.
