PCS slots and overwatch PCS

Any way of getting a second PCS slot that is only for the new overwatch PCS?
They're great and all, but why use one of those when you can use a more useful PCS.
Every LP I have seen no one uses them, I looked at them and due to the fact it takes up the only PCS slot on a soldier I don't use them.

So, a change to the mechanic (an item you can carry (no weight) or put on a weapon) would be nice or an extra PCS slot for soldier that allows only these overwatch PCS.

Yeah, I agree they're neat, but they're not forgo any PCS neat. If it was some sort of setting on the soldier it would be much better.

But maybe that's because I despise Covering Fire, Firaxis-style ambushes, and Overwatch strats in general.
