Is it possible to tie the killing of an enemy to the unlocking of cells?

Is it possible to tie the killing of an enemy to the unlocking of cells? I'm thinking an alternative to the jailbreak missions where you must kill the warden to release the prisoners. This would offer some fun for modders to add some interesting super enemies like ABA's primes and such. The warden would also have to be pretty responsive to sounds otherwise people might open the cells with explosives instead.
