Upgrade to sawed off shotgun?

Is there one? I've researched a bunch of alien corpses (I think I'm only missing sectopod) and haven't seen any upgrades to sawed off shotgun yet.

It requires Advanced Coilguns of all things, judging by the ini files.

Kinda makes sense considering it deals pretty insane damage as is, but I'm somehow still not seeing it after I've researched all the plasma weapons tech o.O
How many tiers of sawed off shotguns are there? And combat knives? I've only seen 1 tier of shotgun and 2 tiers of combat knives and I'm done researching sectopods and elite mutons and plasma weapons o.O

Looks like 2 tier of knife and two for sawn off shotgun.
Knife needs Muton autopsy and sawn off shotgun needs advanced coilguns.
