So I unlocked the regional HQ mission a while back but following a botched retaliation I have no resistance guys left (advent strength hit 11 and I just focused on other regions). I cheesed the HQ mission once the A team healed but I'm not sure I should have because I won't(?) get rescue missions now. I've stuck a SSGT sniper in to advise himself but I don't know if I need to scan there or just leave it to get some people in.
Any ideas? (I'm on veteran in August if that makes any difference)
Huge thanks to the devs for making this, even if the graze mechanic is winding me up more than drone DR in LW1.
